Creating a Knowledge Bank Post

  1. Head to the Knowledge Base Blog in SquareSpace.

  2. Click the plus icon to create a post.

  3. Give your post a descriptive title that identifies the action your post outlines.

  4. Create a numbered list that identifies each step the user must take.

  5. Add a screen video or screen shots of you completing the task.

  6. Add tags that identify the tool and, if relevant, domain (marketing, sales, product) and project (Minus 45, Better Together). Tags are case sensitive and should be entered as all lowercase - human, Human, and HUMAN are three separate tags.

  7. Under the options tab on the post you’re creating, select your name from the author dropdown menu.

  8. Click save and publish. You’re live!
